If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 14 calendar days of the invoice date for a full refund on the following conditions: All returns must be purchased from raoul.com and returned in its original condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with hang tags attached. If you have cut any of the tags or if there is evidence of use, we will not be able to accept the return, and we will return you the merchandise at your cost. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise you paid, but you will not be refunded for any duties, taxes, shipping and handling paid on the item, as these amounts are retained by us. Returns made within 14 calendar days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Only items purchased at full retail price are eligible for a return. Any item marked-down or on promotion or sale will not be eligible for a refund. If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call customer service at 855-33-RAOUL (855-337-2685) to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. There will be no charge for shipping of your replacement orders. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. We do not process returns of any RAOUL item purchased in a store or any location other than raoul.com.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment and the filled in Return Authorization form has to be enclosed. We recommend that you use a secured trackable means to return the merchandise to us, and to insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We would recommend that you retain proof of sending. You will receive an email when your return has been received and processed. If all documentation is in order, you should receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the card issuer. We are unfortunately unable to control this process. If you return the merchandise without an RA number, we have the right to return the merchandise to you at your cost. You should receive an RA number within seven days of contacting us. If you do not receive a response within seven days, please contact customer service immediately. You should return your item within 14 days from the invoice date. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.
We accept an exchange for a different size based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item, but you will need to pay for any duties or taxes applicable as well as the cost of returning the merchandise you would like exchanged.
