Shipping Information

1) Which countries do you ship to?

a. We currently ship to USA, Canada and selected countries in Europe (UK, Norway, Finland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Malta, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland and Russia).


2) Do you offer same day delivery in the U.S.?

a. Yes we do. we offer next day delivery if the order is placed before noon. You can select your preferred delivery method during checkout.


3) What packaging will my order be shipped in?

a. All orders are packed into branded RAOUL shipping boxes. You can also opt to purchase a premium gift box. (for an additional cost of $5)


4) Do you ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

a. Currently we do not offer this service.

1) How do I check the status of my order?

a.i. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number

4) Which size do I choose? Is there a size chart available?

a. Please use the following size chart. The size chart is also found on every product page.


5) Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order after it has been placed?

6) What if I have a problem with a product or my merchandise does not fit?

a. You can return the merchandise for exchange. Kindly read our returns policy for more details.


7) Will I get a confirmation number after placing an order?

a. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order as well as a confirmation number.


8) When can I expect to receive my order?

a. US Next day delivery: next day if placed before noon


US Ground: 3-5 days
International ground: 3-10 days
international Express: 1 day if placed before noon

9) Do you take telephone orders?

a. If you have problems with your order online please contact us and we can issue the order via phone or email

a. Once the garment has been received to the warehouse we will credit your account


3) How long do I have to return my items for a full refund?

4) Will I be refunded the full value of my order for returned goods?

a. Yes given the garment is in the same shape it was shipped out in and tags are still attached


5) How long will it take to process a return?

a. It can take up to 2 weeks before you receive a refund depending on your bank an type of credit card
